We found very few online reviews for Danby Premiere DDR5009REE 50-Pint Capacity Dehumidifier and the reviewers were disappointed to receive units that didn’t function well. One user claimed that it worked well at first but consumed a lot of power. Also, the anti-icing function appeared to be not working and its coils would not cool. The only thing that functioned in the unit was the fan which made it totally useless. Another customer complained of receiving a different model of Danby dehumidifier instead of this model.
